Installation
Our installers have been over 40 years experience. Most anyone can glue pipes together, but a true professional installation will be done in a way to maximize air flow and prevent the potential for clogged pipes. Professional installation will also insure that you do not have any gaps in vacuum coverage. We charge between $125-$200 to install each vacuum inlet including all materials. Generally you need an inlet every 700 square feet. The price varies depending on the time involved for installation. New construction, where the walls are open, runs closer to $125. Installation in existing construction, where the walls are complete, will cost closer to $200
Attachments
Most consumers do not put enough emphasis on attachments. All central vac systems will do a great job on hard wood and smooth floors. The key is to get the appropriate tools for carpeted surfaces including area rugs. We can customize your attachments to get you the best performance and convenience. The attachments are independent of the vacuum unit. This means you can construct a system of several brands to get the optimal combination of a vacuum unit and tools. Attachment kits can run between $100-$550 depending on the amount and pile of carpeted areas.
